Caucus for State Convention Delegate Selection Sunday, February 6 at 4:30pm On Zoom See location information below All Newton Republican Ward Committees hold a caucus at this meeting. Per instruction of the Massachusetts GOP, each Newton ward will meet to elect delegates and two alternates to the 2022 Massachusetts Republican State Convention being held at MassMutual Center in Springfield, MA on May 21, 2022. Only full voting members of the individual ward committees (as of December 31, 2021) may vote to elect delegates and alternates. Note: Proxy votes are not permitted, but you do not need to be present to be elected as a delegate. If you are unable to be at the meeting but would like to be nominated to serve as a delegate or alternate, please reply to this e-mail so that your name can be placed in nomination.  Any registered Republican in a ward is eligible to be nominated to serve as a delegate or alternate by the ward.
